By downloading and using Kiwidget, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.

• Personal/Pro Use: You may install Kiwidget on multiple Macs that you own or personally operate.

• Restrictions: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software or any of its individual widgets without prior written consent.

2. Payment and Lifetime Access

• Free Trial: You have 5 days of unrestricted access. After this period, access is limited to 5 free widgets unless a license is purchased.

• One-Time Payment: The $15 fee is a one-time payment for lifetime access. This includes all future updates and new widgets.

• No Subscription: There are no recurring monthly or yearly fees.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a "satisfied or refunded" policy. If Kiwidget does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. After 14 days, refunds are granted at our sole discretion.

4. Privacy and Data

• Local Processing: Kiwidget is designed to be privacy-first. Most tools process data locally on your machine.

• No Tracking: We do not track your files, your usage habits, or collect sensitive personal data.

• External Services: Some widgets (e.g., Can I Use, Web Analyser) require an internet connection to fetch public data but do not transmit your personal information.

5. Disclaimer and Liability

Kiwidget is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. While we strive for perfection, we are not liable for any data loss, system errors, or productivity interruptions caused by the use of the software.

6. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms or the software’s features at any time to improve the service. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
